but I finally got my shower filter installed today.

I actually purchased it two weeks ago and wanted to use it during my self-relaxing experience...but get this, I didn't know what tool to use or what. I asked my elderly neighbor for help last week and it turned out that he didn't have the right tool. Today he knocks on the door and hands me a brand new channel lock (that's what you need to install, like I would have known

I was so excited to finally get it installed that I wanted to do my wash day today instead of tomorrow...

So to those who use it, what again are the benefits to the hair of using a shower filter?

I got mine back in July. I can say that I notice a huge difference in how my hair turns out after washing since installing it. No frizzy ends....little to no scalp build up...softer hair.

I am also hoping that it helps me to cut down on trims too. Enjoy!

Great. That's what I wanted to read. I am guessing that it will be like using distilled water for a final rinse.

How long did it take you (or anyone else) to see results?

Hmmm...I think it took me about a week to notice results. I noticed how much better the conditioner worked the first time I used it though.

Here is my original review about it

Ladies...if you haven't already...invest in this!

I purchased the Culligan Water Filter from Sears (believe they have it online also).

Can I use this with a shower hose or do they only work with shower heads?

ETA: nevermind, I just found some that work with a hose.
