progress is a good thing

my hair is looking a lot better. i have been using curl activator and water in my hair in the morning and night and it is so soft! also i used that apohogge treatment and i have been noticing less breakage

. when i washed my hair i didn't loose much hair. now i just need to remember to oil my scalp

. i'm sitting with this cholesterol in my head right now and i'm about to go wash it out but i just wanted to let you guys know what's going on and say thank you.
