Yesterday I used henna mixed with coconut oil, amla powder mixed since Thursday..it was in the fridge. I left the henna for little more than an hour-no heat just a baggie. I shampooed the henna out with water. I then added my Indigo which 10 minutes earlier I'd mixed with water and a little Roland coarse sea salt {bought economically from Wholesale Liquidaters}. I condition shampooed with Sallys Nexxus Generic, then Praital Silk Worm and NTM moisture masque. I loved the black, black color but my hair was hard and dry. I went out last night an unhappy mess...I could not comb my hair as it was hard and thick at the roots. I slapped on one of my Lace Flair Phony ponies. I had a great time { it was my first time at a Passion Party- s*x toys, and such y'all..it was a serious grown-up female thing, games, food, fun, adult talk..jokey at first and a bit embarrassing I was determined not to buy a thing!!!! The hostess and consultant made us all at ease but my pockets are $75 bucks poorer now..but well worth it! }
Well, back to the subject at hand...today I deep conditioned with Miss Key 10 en 1, Aphogee Balancing Moisture and a lil' teeny bit of Germain de Trigo for a few hours and your girl is a happy camper..the dryness and straw texture is gone and I'm blinging with Wild Growth Oil and NTM. I posted photos, with some advice in my FOTKI..last two photos. Henna and Indigo did the job..I shampooed many times and the black is still intact.
