In your relationship are you...

I personally believe it's best to be able to flip from leader to follower to follower to leader as the situation allows. I don't know if being a straight leader, especially as a female, in a relationship is a good thing as well as only following. There has to be some give and take. There might be situations where being a follower is called for (your partner can have more expertise, feels more comfortable with the task..etc.) and situations where you may have to take over.

We're pretty much even. Some things he's better at. Other things I am. The rest of it, we both could use some help.

My immediate response was leader but then, I remembered I have to be skillful in that. Kind like I leadby planting the seeds and then letting him think its his idea later.

I get in a bad mood if i have to do leading in my romantic relationships.

I set strong boundaries/ parameters but its mostly on him.

This is me...I don't want to lead. :nono: I enjoy playing what I like to call the "supportive" role.

Follower. I've always preferred for the man to be the leader and have always chosen men with that kind of personality/ability.

as far as making decisions on little things he leaves that up to me. but when he wants to do or not do something, he can be insistent.

im not sure if this is my preference. some of the time im straight up like, can i ask you a question and get a yes or a no for once? but he is a beta male, and i am an alpha female, so i dont think i should be surprised by this.

Not in a relationship but I prefer to follow as long as I agree with his decisions  Or passively lead if necessary. I'm kinda his GPS, he can drive but at any moment I want the right to RECALCULATE the directions. :look:

50/50
Depending on the situation. I mostly let him take control, but if it's something that I really want or something that i feel strong about, I take the lead and that's more than often lol

I'm dealing with an alpha male so he naturally leads. I have no problem with because I have always been more attracted to those types. However, I lead in what I am good at and he does follow. I do appreciate how he is growing in this relationship. In the beginning, alls I can say is LAWWWD.
