In Search of a New Leave In Conditioner

I've been using Salerm 21 for two years faithfully. While I was initially in love with it, now my love has turned only to like. I've used in the past NTM, BBD Stretch and Sedal Anti Sponge. They were all okay, I'm searching for something moisturizing, that does not weigh my hair down, light on the protein, and a good detangler. I'm even open to trying a liquid leave in. I have thick 4a/4b hair. Any suggestions?

I just started using Salerm 21 I really like that leave-in. I have some creamy and liquid leave-ins that I like alot that I have been using for several years.
