In need of prayers for my mom

My mother has been at the hospital for a week due to aortic dissection. Basically her arteries are cut in two spots and blood is leaking out from these holes.
The doctors have been trying to keep her blood pressure low so that the arteries could heal but it has taken a turn for the worse and she now has more blood leaking into her lungs which are already filled with fluid. They finally decided to operate today but I'm scared to death because apparently her condition and the operation can be fatal. Not doing anything can make it worse, but trying to help can also endanger her life.
Please keep her in your prayers for me. Although I'm a grown woman, I can't imagine my life without her...my wedding next year, my first child, etc...

I'm praying for the precious and powerful flow of the Holy Spirit to fill your mom's body to overflowing with the healing power of God. We count not the precious Blood of Jesus unworthy for it is by His shed Blood for us and the wounds upon His body, that '...by His stripes we were healed.'. And this I pray for you and your mom.

Lord replace her arteries with new ones, a creative miracle which is second to none. In you, the price has been paid and we give you and only you the honour and the glory for all power within you.

Praise the name of Jesus and praise God for His undying love for your mom, in Jesus' Name, Amen and Amen.

What a lovely and loving daughter she has raised. You are a gift to her and this will keep her strong. Amen.
 
Thank you ladies!! The surgery went well and she was breathing well, talking and eating when I saw her. She's still in the ICU but at least they managed to remove most of the fluid and treat her pulmonary embolism.

Thank the Lord she came out of surgery and all went well. Continued prayers for well being and speedy recovery! Please keep us posted...

Aortic dissection I bind you in the name of Jesus. I command you to leave her body in Jesus name. You have no legal right to stay in her body and you must leave NOW not tomorrow NOW in Jesus' name. Thank You Father for restoring her health and strength. Thank You Father for making her whole.

Fear does not come from God so I command you, spirit of fear, in the name of Jesus and by the power of the Holy Spirit, LEAVE HER NOW! Get away from her! Get out of her room and get away from her family! MrsS has the Spirit of power, love, and a sound disciplined mind. MrsS has the mind of Christ. Thank you, Jesus, for setting Mrs S free. ICU is a good place for her right now (I mean this in LOVE, God's Love) - this ensures that her every need will be attended to!

I am sooooooooo grateful to God that He healed her expeditiously, for this allows for such a beautiful testimony, which of course is making me tear up (as I cover the front desk, lol).

Please (as you feel comfortable) keep us posted how your mom is causing the doctors to say as they scratch their heads "It's a miracle. She's doing better than we expected..."

Hallelujah!!!!!!!!

The bolded had me :lol:. Although she hasn't fully recovered yet, I am confident that she is on her way back to health. The tremors we felt today did not help her anxiety but I tried to cheer her up by telling her that she's like a cat with nine lives. :lol: She's a survivor.
I also believe that her being a great Christian and good person overall is what blessed her with the strength to overcome her illness. She's a model of selflessness and generosity I admire. :yep:

:shocked: Boy God works with the quickness huh? Not surprised but always and will always be in awe.

:clap: I'm so happy for you both! Praise HIM gurl! He deserves every bit of it.
