Tonight I went through a little slice of hell with my hair.
I was doing this thing that I've begun doing, leaving conditioner in my hair and just letting it airdry. Then I rinse it out at night.
It keeps my hair moisturized amd the curls are defined, but I don't need gels or leave-ins.
WELL...
last night I deep conditioned with Suave milk and Hiney mixed with oil and honey. I woke up, removed my plastic cap and it was all good. All day my hair looked great!
UNTIL I tried to rinse that crap out.
I know what it was... it was the oil that I used.
I used aphigee EFA mix instead of my normal evoo. This was the only thing that I used that was different. I have noticed in the past that the efa mix makes certain conditioners clumpy and stuff, but I thought that the suave would be ok.
After rinsing my hair it looked like I had snow in it.
I had to clarify my hair. I lathered up and massaged TWICE. It still wasn't out.
So I had to sit down, section my hair and add CLARIFYING POO to each section and comb through it with a comb. That did the trick.
Now I'm about to rinse my reconstructor out and apply my deep conditioner.
I've lost about 3 times the amount of hair that I usually use. It's not TOO much though, about the size of a cotton ball. Thank God.
NO MORE EFA MIX FOR ME!!!!!!!
It has letchin in it, I think that's the culprit.
