I am in need of a Moisturizer that water is not the first ingedient. My hair does not like any moisturizer with water first on it when it is dry. Also it need to be something that I can get from Sally's or a bss. Something to use everyday when I rollerset my hair. I don't want to lose the curl but I know that I need to moisturize everyday between CO washes.
