Hmmmm I have been eyeing the Dove products but since no one ever mentioned it I just passed it by. I may have to give it a try. Oh and you say they are building a Walmart in NYC???? How do you get there from Manhattan???? God bless you all.
My gym (Bally's) has some kind of promotion going on w/Dove and they are giving away free samples. I got: The Intense Moisture Shampoo, The Extra Volume Shampoo (for fine hair), and the Intense Moisture Conditioner (for dry or damaged hair).
. For shampoo, I used the 2 in 1 Shampoo+conditioner. Then I used the Deep moisture conditioner (very thick). My hair came out soft and moisturized. I plan on using the conditioner for conditioner washes also. This one's a keeper

There ya go! And thanks for posting! I never really weighed in on the ingredient list - pretty good! And now I see why it works so well for me...all that glycerin...
The cone I was thinking of was Dimethiconol....

Dimethoconol is supposed to be lighter than Dimethicones, which is why Dove calls it "weightless moisture".

I used the Intense Daily Conditioner as a condition wash on Friday. I will be honest and say that I was unimpressed with this conditioner until the next day. My comb out was beautiful. Soft, shiny, bouncy hair! My girlfriend kept trying to tell me this conditioner was great, but I didn't believe her. It has minimal slip when wet. My hair feels so soft and is very shiny. So I give it a 8 out of 10, due to the lack of slippage. Otherwise, it does a wonderful job! I still like the new Neutrogena line better, but this is a keeper as well. So now I have 3 new conditioners to rotate and will stop here for a minute. Suave's Milk and Honey, the whole Neutrogena line (except serum because I don't use serums) and this Dove.
