For those who didn't know( like me, until this morning), John Frieda is touring the US on a bus giving out free samples and free hair dos. Check the website to see if they are in your city and sign up for an appointment if you want.
They were in MN today so I decided to go. I couldn't get an appt, but they allowed walking for 15 min consults. Well I knew they couldn't do anything to my hair in 15 minutes, but I wanted to ask them what I could use for shine and that "swang."
Overall, I must say they were helpful. I was the only color in the chairs, but that's another story. After I took my wig off, the lady went over my hair and said it was "soft." I told her I was everyday, and she thought I meant shampoo and then we had a talk about not washing everyday. I told her only conditioner and I'm sure you know how that went. She came over to my side about the CWing.
Anyway, she did teach me how to do a WnG finally. She also recommended the 100% shine mist which worked great.
