I'm trying to avoid heat because of breakage. Then how do I get my hair straight?

I'm going to stop flat ironing it cause the past 6 months it's been breaking badly because of it. So now how do I get my hair looking flat as possible without using a flat iron? Any suggestion? I like my hair to look flat, not all boofy..that looks bad on me.

I'm relaxed. I usually rollerset then flat iron. My hair is real thick so wrapping doesn't do too much, it's still has that beauty pagent look to it.lol

Is there anything (moisturizer or leave in) that's good to flatten it more before wrapping it??
