I\'m transitioning...

to a lye relaxer

I'm laughing but I'm serious. I need to get all this no-lye relaxer out of my hair because it's causing some serious damage. I cut about an inch off a few days ago. I decide to cut little by little until it's all out. I noticed how smooth and healthy my hair looks with the lye relaxer and I only have to let it say on for 10 minutes tops. I guess I'm not totally relaxing. I really consider it texturizing. I'm just excited about this and I wanted my fellow sista's to know about what I'm doing.

I went from no lye (mizani sensitive scalp) to lye (mizani mild) and the results have been good. It much less prone to dryness and easier to comb through. Good luck.
