I'm so angry. I've already had a difficult day, and this is just adding onto it...I'm so stressed out.

Awhile back, in November I believe, I entered a survey to try out Joico's Clinicure line and was notified that they wanted me to participate. They wrote that they would be sending me items for my hair type and would like it if I wrote back on a regular basis with feedback as to how the products worked.

Well, I received a box from Joico today and was so elated....however, there was a paper attached to the front of the box from USPS. Here is what it said:

I ripped open the box and found the Clinicure shampoo, covered in dirt as though it'd been rolling on the floor. That was all that was in the box. No paper or letter from Joico, nothing. I was upset, but hoping all they sent me was the shampoo. Lo and behold, I got an email from Joico stating that they sent me a 3- STEP system. 2 items are missing!!

I don't know what to do or how to handle the situation. I know USPS will just claim they're sorry and that it's gone and lost. And Joico is expecting me show pics and proof of how their products have worked for me, only now, some of the products are missing! What should I do?

Contact Joico and attach a copy of the letter to the e-mail. I'm sure they'll replace the items since it wasn't your fault.

Girl im so sorry this happened. I would be highly upset if I were you!

hopefully joico can resend the items and get reimbursed 4rm the postal service if the package was insured

Good news! I contacted Joico through email and attached a picture of the USPS letter; the man conducting the focus group wrote back today saying that it was alright, and he would send me a whole new regimen via FedEx!

That's Great of them to do. I just had some words with the post office because they marked a package I was waiting for as already delivered and it didn't have it. They basically told mi they don't know why it was done......Whateverrrrr!! But I did receive it today.

I am glad it worked out for you. I try my best to avoid the USPS. They are terrible especially here in Chicago :perplexed. There have been products that I wanted to try that I avoided because the company only shipped via USPS. I count it a small miracle when I recieve a package sent through them; and if it gets to me on time, honey hush :lachen:.
