which is ...... washing my scalp only (using Shima's method of washing scalp while in braids) 7 days a week. One of those days will be a complete wash on wash day. I've read good reviews about F.A.S.T. shampoo and I remember using it back in the day and plaiting my hair and I said to myself after 2 weeks of use, no way! It appeared to be longer. Anyhow like most people I stopped using it because it is expensive. The only down side is it has SLS. Hopefully it won't be to bad because I'm only going to do a complete wash 1 day a week. The other days I will be washing my scalp only. I already have 2 inches of newgrowth and I won't be giving myself a touchup until April 27th. Will i noticeably see more growth? This is the plan. Stay tuned.
