thanks, adrian. I was wondering if i can mix a little of baking soda in my shampoo. I have read alot about baking soda, but it seems to me that it could be a little harsh on the hair. Have you tried using it?

I've used all three...poo, acv and baking soda and all seem to work pretty well depending on which one you feel like. ACV seemed more gentle. The key to using baking soda is to use only a teaspoon of it with one squirt poo, rest water.
ACV and baking soda are fine if you dont have lots of build up. To be safe, its better to use a shampoo. I like Kenra clarifying because its chelating so it removes all traces of build up and silicones

You can mix the baking soda and shampoo. I know SuperGirl posted on this and she said she loved it. Since I already have Clarifying poo, I am trying to use that up first.
I have this one by Suave and haven't used it yet. Thanks for the review. I am still trying to use my Eluence Clarifying poo. It's good to know I can spend less money on Suave when the Eluence is all gone. Thanks again.
