Tool/thingamagig for protective styles!!! I picked it up at Claire's and it's so easy to use and you can have a cute style in less than 5 minutes!

Its a volumizing styling tool. Basically it's a comb and a scrunchie but if you use it correctly it can give you a really cute pony tail that works as a nice protective style.

Ok here it is! I think anyone can get these results with a scrunchie and a comb. It's so hard to find the combs though. I had to go ahead and get this. It only cost $5 at Claire's.
