Hey MM-
Don't fret chica.I had the same problem this weekend.I had all these knots and stuff boy i wanted to cry but I'm trying my condition washes this week to see if my hair gets back on track.I  Paul Mitchell the detangler!!It's the best. The Crown And Glory Hair Washing Method can be found @ www.growafrohairlong.com It really does work.I think honey may have attributed to all this madness although it worked just once.I clarified and all that and it just made it worse for me.It'll get better mama:kiss:

HTH:)

Well I tried the hello Hydration and the liso.

This is what I did. Bare with me it is a lot for I am 10 weeks post relaxer  .

I prepooed with Aussie Knot Detangler

Shampooed with KC Detangling poo (used Goldensensation's advice and shampooed to the side)-my hair felt like buttah at this point

Then I used Hello Hydration as my 1st quick rinse out conditioner, left it on for 10 minutes, no heat.

Then I deep conditioned with Paul Mitchell's The Detangler (which I think is old because I felt NO difference plus it smells kinda stale, going back tomorrow!)

Added the Liso for a leave-in and and sealed with some Hot Six oil.

The tangles weren't no worse and they were a LITTLE better. I think I could of just deep conditioned with the Hello Hydration and got better results than the paul mitchell. I am def. taking this back and might not repurchase.

All in all I loved the Hello Hydration and the aussie as a pre-poo, worked really well. The HH, made my hair so soft plus the smell is delicious. The Liso is also good but my hair feels kinda clogged with that in there too. But it's all good. Once I get home Iwill clarify this week and just deep condition with the HH. But the knots I think are here to stay until i can get to shampooing under the shower again.:ohwell:

I am glad it working out a lil better. You right, the shower makes a huge difference.

Thanks for the reviews. I picked up the HH but I have the 2 in 1. Since this is not what I wanted, I will let my son use it and get the conditioner.

Well I used a clarifying poo as my first lather and my hair hates me right now. I honeslty don't even think THAT was enough. I went back to my regular routine and my hair is hard, knotted, and was so difficult to detangle. My Aveda DR did NOTHING (I hope it isn't failing me now).

I am in my new apt so I did everything under the shower.

I don't know what to do.

Part of me wants to:
A. Relax now (or within 2 weeks)
B. Go back to bone straight relaxing
C. All of the above.

I'm so stuck. I am going to try clarifying again with my "deguntifier" clarifying poo. I don't think the Aveda Detox cut it for my hair this time, seeing all those cones I was using.

I went through this awhile ago and was afraid to wash again. I think all the shedding was causing my knots. To save myself a headache I just relaxed at 16 1/2 wks, I was trying to go 20-21 but them tangles I had I refuse to go through that again and nothing helped me but Porosity Control cond. If ya wait a few more wks my advice is to braid it up and try pooing and cond. w/the braids in until relaxer day. Or you could doing an overnight treatment w/Amla oil, when I did this I didn't have any problems.
