yes, i flat iron it myself though to be on the safe side. not sure when i will do it again but i'll be sure to post pics when i do.

thanks hun! i don't have a solidified regimen... the only thing i do with consistency is co-washing and ACV rinses. i throw in protein treatments when i think my hair needs them, and try to avoid letting my ends rub up against my clothes. i will probably spend this next year in protective styles since my shrunken hair now touches my shoulders.
