IM FINALLY READY FOR A CUT..BUT I NEED SOME HELP!!!

Ok well this is my 2nd year nappversery..and I haven't cut my hair since the chop! I'm finally ready to cut it/get it shapped so it can have some life lol. I want to keep it long with layers so I can just wash and go ! Because it has this really weird shape now that it has grown out ..so I'd appreciate any help/tips/PICTURES!!! yesyes pictures!

Are you talking about the color or cut, or both? Love JJ's hair in the pic, would look VERY cute on you. Sorry to be no further help but....
