Ok......
So I have had to cut, CUt and CUT this year because of the weak section in the back of my head. I would have definately made it to APL by now.....but I sacrificed for even/healthy hair ....)OH COURSE:yep:

So fast forward to today 8/10/07.........I have decided to put myself on a strict grow an 1" a month challenge, (until December 10, 2007). So of course I gotta pull ALL the stops!...................I know I might be living a fantasy right now, but darn it I am gonna give it ALL I GOT!.

My plan is to document my length for the next 4 months. 9/10,10/10,11/10 and finally 12/10. I will continue on my current routine since it is working like a charm, but I gotta watch that weak spot.

To make myself accountable I decided to call myself out! I will take any and all suggestions:grin: Thanks and much Love.... LHCF soror for life!

Hi Bauderlady,

Your hair looks great! Good luck on your challenge. I've battled with the same weak spot, trimming all the way to maintain a neat appearance. What have you done to keep that weak spot from breaking?

I plan to switch up the way I sleep and moisturize the back more and see what happens..... and Then I will just adjust from month to month to find what works best if I am still having problems. What did you do to improve your weak spot?

The same things as you...trimming, making sure to moisturize but putting a lot of conditioner back there, not combing that spot and applying the least amount of heat there. So far so good...
