and for the last 6 months i've been washing my hair every 2 weeks...hmmmmm

I usually wash my hair hair every 3 days. But for a while now I will be doing co-washes everyday and wet bunning it. I get way more growth this way.

i think i'm gonna go back to washing/rinsing every 3 days..my hair just looks so much better

my hair needs water bi-weekly. will definately be co-washing daily come summer but now no way too cold.
