I started caring for my hair back in feb. but I stopped in march, lol. I guess I was just being lazy. However, I started again on june 1st and I took my starting pic on 6/27, today I washed my hair and I was shocked to see how much growth I've gotten in 1 month. Thanks LHCF you guys are amazing. The second pic is a little dark, but my hair is in small plaits.

my regimen

-co-wash 2x/wk
-deep condition 1x/wk
-extra virgin coconut oil, i mix mines with africa's best herbal oil and i use it 2x-3x/day
-profectiv growth lotion 2x/day
-profectiv healthy ends 2x/day
-I'm currently doing a 12 wk strecth, next relaxer on 8/31, using profectiv mega growth no lye relaxer
-Organics olive oil leave-in conditioner 2x/month
-profectiv root health 2x/day
