To all the ladies, if you wear your hair down like twice a week? Is that bad?

I wear my hair down every weekend and bun during the week. I have no problems with retaining my length.

It's usually up most of the time. I've got used to that now and it's so much easier to put in an updo (not a bun, a cute updo, I hardly bun anymore) but I'll wear it out for special occasions.
