I've had this sitting in my beauty supply closet for weeks now. I decided to use it this weekend since I have been combating breakage and shedding from being overprocessed. I must say that it seem to have done the trick. I did a 2 and 2 combo since I did not want to over do it with too much protein. However, following this treatment I still had to use a moisturizing cond. Did any of you that have used this treatment had to follow with another moisturizing cond? My plan is to use this for the next few weeks until my hair is nice and strong again. I did my normal rollerset and my hair is bouncy and light with lots of body. So it's a keeper when I don't use my aphoghee.
