Hi ladies,
Just in case anyone else is thinking of going this route... I was suffering from fear of washing disease because of the detangling time so I just decided to relax. I was afraid I'd get major breakage and shedding and have to start all over but other than my hairdresser's rough combing things went well and I've had minimal breakage and shedding. I used affirm mild with fiberguard to texturize and mizani mild/sensitive scalp to relax. Hair looks very healthy.
