Question I was chatting with a user through private messaging, now i cant!

Hi. I was wondering if someone could help me out. I was chatting with a user via private messaging and everything is fine then suddenly it says the user has chosen not to receive private messages or that I was trying to send the email to two people @ once the wrong way. It's been that way since Monday. What's wrong and how canister fix it?
