i WANT MY DEEP WAVE BACK

Hi ladies.. im protective styling it up for the summer in crochet braids. I used the "Shake in Go" Hair Deep twist. I've had it in for about a month and a half. At first it looked nice but now its starting to look kinda rusty. Is there anyway to recurl/ re "deep twist" the hair so i can get it to look a little more fresh.. i dont want to redo the hair and buy a new pack. are there special curlers i can use to achieve the deep twist look...

maybe wet/wash and braid it. leave it alone until its dry. smaller the braids more waves.

yea its synthetic.. i know i cant use a curling iron but maybe i could put them in some curlers n dip em in hot water.. i just dont know what curlers/method will achieve that deep twist look
