I just added 2 more glosses recipes to this thread, since I got a lot of PMs about this.
Henna gloss 1
3 Henna Samples from hennaforhair.com
1 Indigo Sample
1 Amla Sample
I mixed henna with warm water, honey, olive oil & Vatika oil & Elasta.
1 hour later add water to Amla/indigo powder and mixed with Henna
Apply to hair and leave it for 1 hour. (30 minutes with heat)
Henna Gloss 2
1/3 Cup of Henna mixed with a little bit of water and left it overnight
1/3 Cup of Amla/Indigo (I mixed both to make the 1/3 cup)
½ Can of Coconut milk
Next day I added the amla/indigo mix(without water) to the henna and coconut milk.
I applied to my hair and left it for 30 minutes without heat.
Henna Gloss 3
Elasta QP with 1/4 cup of honey and 3 tbs of (each): henna, cassia, amla, indigo
I mixed them all (dry) and added it to the conditioner, then warmed the honey (it melt) added it too and then applied to my hair. I left it for 2 hours without heat.
I loved this one (like a relaxer), it was easy and I love the color that honey adds to the henna gloss.
Henna Gloss 4
I mixed henna, amla, indigo & lots of warm honey and a little bit of water. Then applied to my hair, left it for 2 hours without heat.
La Flaca, If I leave out the Indigo, Will I have more of the red/brown tones?

If you want brown you need indigo, but you can use henna by itself to get red/burgundy. If you don't want it to get too red just add amla.
Bump Bump....La Flaca, I would love to know the colors of the Henna Gloss recipes you listed, please!!!
Well I'm always looking for a brownish/honey color, so is kind of hard to tell what color everybody is gonna get. I'll say it depends on your actual hair color. It will get darker almost balck if you use too much indigo.
Sorry, I know I'm not really helping you here![]()
