I noticed a lack of slip, should I have put a detangler in first?

I'm transitioning has anyone had experience with this product?

I typically put silicone based serums in my hair prior to wet setting....

Any advice, ladies?

Tried it . Didn't like it. Moved on. I suggest you do the same.

Similar sentiments here. My hair was stiff & sticky initially then it flaked up like mad; no slip or noticeable benefits despite decent ingredients. I highly recommend the Paul Mitchel Sculpting Foam for wet setting & blow drying in lieu of a serum.
