I used a couple of conditioners as a leave in

ok so i had a breakage problem before perming and i figured that i would add 1 table spoon of each conditioner that works for my hair (all mosituring Sp?) and i put it on my hair length i think i did this for a week

the conditioners where dove intense ,aussie moist,ntm daily and v05 moisture milks and i added some water ................it sprays out nice and creamy

i will say that when i took my hair out of the pony tail to perm it,it felt soft

was this safe of stupid


i usually co wash twice a week and deep con once so it won't set on my hair long


what do you think safe to use as a leave in

You are not stupid, do whatever works for you. Alot of women here including myself use conditioner as a moisturizer. I have heard alot of rave about the dove intense. As long as it doesn't contain too much protein(my hair likes protein but not alot) then it's fine to use as a leave in. I use my suave humectant conditioner as a leave-in from time to time
