Every time I blow dry my hair it gets completely flat and the ends look fried. Maybe it's my technique... I don't know. But when I do use heat, it has to be flat-iron only. I can airdry and then go through it with a flat-iron and my hair does fine. You have to see how your hair responds...and listen to it.
Anyway, to answer your question, I don't think there's anything wrong w/blowdrying every two weeks, I would just recommend waiting until you hair is at least 80% dry and ALWAYS use a heat protectant and some type of oil sealant on your ends. HTH!
