I took my braids out,....

washed with clarify w/elusence, washed with morturizing shampoo w/elusence and deep conditioned with DPR-11.

When I took my braids out I had absolutley no breakage but I had a lot of shedding . After washing and conditioning I still had a little shedding with no breakage. I am taking a lot of vitamins so why am I getting a lot shedding or is this normal?

It's probably just the hairs that would have shed while you had the braids in but didn't because they were stuck in the braids.

Exactly. The trapped hair has nowhere to go when it's braided, so it sheds all at once when you take the braids out. Totally normal.
