I think there is something about this choline stuff...

O.K. earlier this week I kept telling myself that I was going to go back on the flinstone vitamins that my ob put me on with my last pregnancy. I was trying to remember the exact one I was on because I achieved MAJOR growth with this pregnancy(barely got any growth with my previous two pregnancies) I did a search and noticed that I was on the one that had added choline. Fast forward to tonight, I was reading all the great things that some ladies here were experiencing with wgo, so I ran to the beauty supply to see if they had some...YAY!! they did... so when I read the ingred. on the back I noticed that this also has choline in it.

O.K. after seeing this I will def be going to grab a few bottles of those flintstone pills now!! Between this and the wgo, I should be able to achieve my goal much faster! I know that with just the flintstones alone I got great results. I knew I should have continued taking these.

I've been taking choline for many years. I stopped for a spell and had major shedding. I recently reincoporated it into my vitamin regimen. I use the Solgar brand choline/inositol. Choline is known for its abilties to eliminate falling hair.
