I think my Ovation Cell Therapy was stolen!

i have been waiting all week for my package to come. the Fed ex tracker stated that it would be delivered Sat 03/28. well i checked my tracker later on yesterday to find out where my package was. it stated that it was delivered at 1:23pm and that it was left at the front door. nobody rang the doorbell either. well i live in an apartment building. i hope nobody has stolen it. i put a note on the exit doors in the building asking to return my package if someone picked it up. i am going to call my leasing office tomorrow to see if they have it. i will be so mad if someone in this building stole it. i don't like living around people so close that would steal somebody's stuff. of all of the things to steal, some conditioner! see they might have opened it to see what it was. but there is someone in my building that is trifling. i know it was a female, because this person left a New York and Company bag full of trash on my patio instead of taking it to the dumpster.

i called FedEx and they said they will have the local FedEx ground office call me Tuesday.
should i call Ovation to let them know what happen or should i wait to hear from FedEx?

Sorry to hear that. Definitely call Ovation and hear what they have to say. People are trifling. I don't like Fedex cos they always leave it at your doorstep.

Aww man. Exact same thing happened to me. I have a thread on it on here. It took a mth of back and forths and me just about giving up before anything was solved. Did you get the insurance that was offered to you on their site? Cause if you did that will save u a lot of trouble.

Same thing happened with my Megatek. I just ordered more and cut my losses...but er...OCT cost too dayum much for that! I really hope you find out what happened to it. I'm sorry that happened.

Thats stuff is to expensive to be get stolen. Ovation Store need to switch to another carrier. I order something from some store and they do not at all leave anything at the doorsteps unless you call and tell them. This is not the first time I heard someone stuff get stolen and I know people have call and complain. Its almost time for me to reup and Im kind of scared cause I see Ovation store has not fix their problem with their carrier.

I'm a criminal justice major.....and if someone steals your mail......and you find out, you can press charges, it's a FELONY, and they can go to jail for that.....after the chaos with the mail and anthrax(sp?).....tampering or stealing someone's mail has became a serious crime.....so if I was u I would def look into that........

Unfortunately, Federal Express and UPS are not considered mail.
They are private courier companies, so the law does not apply in the same way as for postal service.

OP, I'm sorry to hear this has happened. As was said above, contact Ovation and hope for the best if you did not opt for the insurance. Some vendors will reship, others won't if you didn't get the insurance. Also talk to your couriers about never leaving anything for you without a signature. It is more inconvenient to get your packages (you need to sign or pick up) but at least you will ultimately receive your order instead of going through this again.

i guess i will have my packages delivered with signature or have them drop it off at the leasing office next time. i remember when FedEx left my medical supplies at the door and didn't ring the door bell. that is just bad business.

Fed Ex sucks! I love my UPS man. The condo office had to tell the FedEx people to stop leaving packages at the front door of a 4 story building. Come on now! Aren't you in the business of delievering packages? I've been having trouble with USPS too lately.

Fed Ex is EVIL! They screwed up my furniture and the company had to replace it... but getting Fed Ex to admit that they messed it up (the guy did it IN FRONT OF ME) was a beast. He wanted me to sign off on something he damaged minutes earlier. I love USPS with signature confirmation. It's just more reliable. I've even had them (Fed Ex and UPS) throw my packages at the door and run or just leave them and swear that they got a siggy... and they didn't because I was home ALL day.

They may have delivered to the wrong house. This lady's medical supplies were delivered to MY front door and her house was two doors down. I walked it down and gave it to her. That may have happened and the person was too dishonest to give it to you.

I hate them so much. I hope everything gets straightened out.

Update!!! i got an email from the Ovation rep and she stated that the driver said he left it with my leasing office. well i am just going to go up there in the morning because when i call the chick in the office said no package was delivered. somebody is lying!
