Beautiful hair! I have purchased the ayurvedic powders/soap and have yet to use them. I'm 13 wks post now I'm not sure how my hair would react. I would like stretch to 16wks. Any suggestions.

Are you co-washing in between, or you just wash every 2 wks?

Thank you! I'm natural , so I'm not sure about the stretching part...but there are many that are who are using this system and I'm sure will jump right on in and share.

No...I'm not CW during the winter, I just wash every two weeks. My hair is fine until then
