Sorry for assuming you knew what an Amber Alert is. Basically it is a nation wide alert (Only the officials can designate an Amber Alert) for missing children in the US and Canada. I know this is a site for hair, it just seems soooo important. Or maybe a permanant thread under OT. Here's the link
