I self relaxed last night...(Pictures)

I had asked your wonderful ladies last week if I should try to do my own relaxers or if I should ask my girlfriend who does her own relaxers to do my. I decided to ask her if she could do it yesterday and she said yes. Well yesterday around 5 I hadn't heard from her so I called cell phone and left a message. As of the moment I haven't heard from her. So around 6 I decided to do it myself. I had tried to self relax before a couuple of years ago and my hair always looked a hot mess so I stop,however money is tight right now.

So anyways I came on here and first researched relaxers. After reading I decided on ORS Olive Oil; then I studied LondonDiva's tutorial and went to work. I did the back first and then instead of making the front two parts I relaxed the front as one section.

After relaxing, I rollerset my hair, set under the dryer and then oil my scalp and pin curled my hair. I think that it came out very nicely.

Im very happy for you! I really, really want to self-relax so bad. I went and got a relaxer yesterday and now I think Im over-processed cuz my hair feels like straw Next time, Im gonna try and self-relax, too.

I think that I will continue to self relax pending how my hair looks after a couple of washes.

The last few times I tried it, it didn't even look like I had put anything on my hair so I must say at least this time it looks straight and healthy.
