After listening to the first 45-50 mins.(it is a long video) I think he is speaking from his mind or experience, but that is not to say that I am convinced it is spiritual reality. I hope I'm clear... I believe some folks have various "spiritual like" experiences that are not heavenly or godly. That is, some are just personal experiences. I'm not sure about his experience. What are your impressions of his testimony?

At first I was not going to comment, but there are many things that are popping up that are taking people off of the real thing they should be focusing on. Which Satan is so good at is making people loose focus and eventually their very soul. So no, I will not be listening to this. As everyone knows I have spoken many times on heaven and hell, the bible is our example and who saw heaven for real? very, very few people and how was their relationship with God and the Holy Spirit. Ok... so really!!! in my opinion this is another way to get off track. Remember this one thing Christian are going to be destroying other Christians believing they are doing a service for God and God says they do not know him. AT ALL!! that is a stumbling block.
John 16
New King James Version (NKJV)
16 “These things I have spoken to you, that you should not be made to stumble. 2 They will put you out of the synagogues; yes, the time is coming that whoever kills you will think that he offers God service. 3 And these things they will do to you[a] because they have not known the Father nor Me. 4 But these things I have told you, that when the time comes, you may remember that I told you of them.
And these things I did not say to you at the beginning, because I was with you.
I ask with a sincere heart and ignorant of this matter, mind; why exactly do you perceive/ believe this to be a stumbling block?
I'm really confused. As I said previously I don't know what to think. Does the bible tell us this is impossible? Do u feel liardon is not worthy enough to be given this opportunity (not sure that's the right word.) These are not rhetorical questions.
My apologies, I didn't realize that it sounded so harsh. I can't answer the question the best way because i didn't listen. So I will not be able to expound on anything that was said in the message, so I probably should not even commented, but this is the thing, the bible is our example. You have to be full of the Holy Spirit to see into heaven. Full! John saw into heaven through a vision, which in my opinion means he was there, I think he was in spirit form, but forgive me I haven't had a moment to look it up. Stephen saw heaven, he saw the spirit of God and Jesus at his side. But he was so full of the Holy Spirit his face glowed. If these were our example how in the world can we, being full of sin, see into heaven, let alone visit and come back. And, for what purpose? so we can tell the world what we saw? When God has already told us. No, it contradicts the message that Jesus left us. He is coming back to take us to heaven with him. We are not going to just arrive. We need the key and that is Jesus.
When I say its a stumbling block, because most folks can't get pass certain things and in the end they cannot stand in the fight. Its a fight to remain a christian the world pull is so, so strong. If your not grounded in Christ you will end up believing anything. People run after so many foolish things such as the boy who went to heaven and return and the man who went to hell. I mean really! They could not keep the books on the shelves so many were swooping it up. When the bible tells us that when we die we sleep and then there is judgement. That judgement comes at the end of the world.
