I need some advice

Hey everyone ok heres my story, for about 11 months now I've been keeping my hair braided and I have not had a perm for about 11 months too! I got a sew in and I've had that in my head for about 2 months now. Its about time for my sew-in to come out but first I wanted some advice on what to do when I take it out some I do not have major breakage or thinning! I know I will have some type of breakage but I don't want it to be because my hair is dry and brittle. Any advice will be great.

When you take out the weave wait about two weeks before you perm your hair, if you decide to perm it.

Before you wash your hair make sure it is properly detangled or else you will get tangles/breakage. Naturally there will be shed hair when you take the weave out.

You could do a protein treatment and follow up with a moisturizing conditioner.
