I would like to add some color to my hair this summer. Could anyone recommend a good semi-perm hair color that's not quite damaging to the hair and may i add what color do you recommend? Thanks in advance.

Do you want it lighter at all? If yes - Natural Instinct will take you up to two shades lighter (which is not a lot)....

If you just want a tint to the hair, use Adore or Sebastian Colorshines.

Select a shafe based on your natural color and the shade you want to be.
