i need help badly ............

ever since I've been on this vitiman tip ive been straving!!!!!!!! I'VE switched you heathler eating but my body screaming MORE MORE MORE.. and I'm feeling like only time im full is if i chow down on some rather unheathly food..anyonce eles having this problem????

:perplexed My dinner (just had ) consisted of baked chicken breast with chopped green peppers,mushrooms and tomotoas and two ears of fresh corn along with carrot juice and my body is like.. laughing at me...wanting more food..


:confused: anyone elese having this problem?

Drink a big glass of water....I gotta lot of nerves...I do not even like water...:)
 
I know what you mean. Did you eat breakfast? Once the protein from the chicken registers with your body you will calm down. Get another bottle of water and give it 20 min or so :)
 
ya i had eggs over and easy with green peppers and tomatoes (no butter and i dont use any kind of stuff to scramble them in) protian drink along with strip of turcky bacon .....

ya ever since i havnt been drinking water (the kids drink up all my bottle waters) this past week i been kinnda hungry..this could explain the need for food..

It sounds like you're doing great today!! Drink some water with a bit of lemon in it and busy yourself with something to get your mind off the food. You'll feel full in 10 mins i'm sure.
 
In addition to the water, give your tummy time to adjust to your new diet and eat slowly. I mean, thoroughly taste and chew your food to give your brain time to tell the tummy "I'm full."
 
Yes, drink water. I am not trying to be funny at all when I say this but.....some times our minds tells us we are hungry when we really are not. Sometimes we just WANT to eat. Drinking water will really help you. Looks like you are eating good things. Keep up the good work.

i think your right on this one... hit it right on the head..:lol:

i think from when i was younger i could chow down and still look like a stick figure now since im not doing as many sports (just down to soccer now) my body sitting here just gaing weight and saying hey..what happen to the food?...:look:

I use to be just like that. eat and eat and eat and nothing would stick. You did see I said USE to be right. lol
