I Must Have This Hairstyle

Hello All,

I'm a long-time lurker and finally joined the board. First post..yay!!

Anyway, my hair has not grown AT ALL since I took out my weave this October. I had several months of beautiful new growth...I'm still mourning putting a perm in.

Anyhoo, I've been using MTG. My hair broke off TONS because the sulfur made it dry and brittle. It's my fault, of course, because I assumed that because I added essential oils to the mixture, my hair had enough ...WRONGO.

I've switched to MN and we'll see how it goes. But in the meantime, I came across this hairstyle. I must have it!! The length is similar to my own. Does anyone have any ideas on how to achieve this style? Do you think it's the curl or a layered cut that achieves this look?

that is a pretty style...heck I want it too. Hopefully, I will be getting my first full head weave install in Jan. and getting a style somewhat similar to this. My stylist said she would have to cut the weave in long layers or something like that.
