Today, I used the Crown and Glory method to wash my hair. First, I sprayed my hair with my leave in conditioner and detangled. Then, I braided my hair (loose braids), washed while in braids, unbraided to apply dc, and rebraided. After about an hour, I I unbraided again to wash the conditioner out. The reason I am testifying is because I had almost no hair breakage or shedding. :yep::yep::yep::yep: I was so amazed because normally when I was my hair, I notice about 75% more shedding/breakage then I did today.
I am officially in love with the Crown and Glory Method.

Nice! May have to try this next time I shampoo.

Great job, I thought about this but I thought it was just for longer hair. My detangling staple is my bottle of silicones (Fantasia serum).

I think I going to try in on my wash day

This sounds like a great way to protect the hair while washing. I may definitely try this. Thanks for sharing.

Yay! I do this method too! Keep it up! Your hair will look great! Washing my hair in sections really speeds up my setting process.
