. I now only use heat on very rare occasions, I cowash, deep condition and air dry at least one a week and my hair has never been better. I have seen amazing hair growth, thickness and shine in just 6 months (no trims and no split ends), all due to following the advice and suggestions of beautiful sisters like you. The amazing part of all of this is that taking care of my hair is not even a chore. I do less work (other than the henna - that is a trip
