well it really a reminder..... I forgot how long before a relaxer must one do an aphogee protein treatment.

I'm removing my sew in tomorrow.....(I'm 14 weeks post...YAY ME!!!!) and I need to do a treatment before I retouch

I would say a week but I'm sure the hair gurus will chime in.

Everything I've read says to do it at least 72 hours prior to a relaxer, so I think a week is fine.

I've read the wash before your your relaxer... (so if you wash your hair 3 days before thats when you do the protein treatment) to a week before.
