I Hate Big Pills! Anyone Taking Small Hair or Biotin Vitamins That Aren't Big?

The Biotin I'm taking now comes in big pills, but I was taking Sundown brand Biotin, 7500 mcg per pill. It came in tiny caplets. I bought them at Kroger when I was out of town and once I ran out, I couldn't find that same brand so I switched.

Trying going to walmart. They have biotin in a small pills form. Its in a black bottle but I dont remember the name.HTH

Rexall Biotin 1000 mcg. You can pick them up at Dollar General. Small & cheap.
Sundown Naturals 1000 mcg Biotin at drugstore.com. Also very cheap & small.

Thanks! I have a hard time taking big pills. I always have to break the pills in like 4 pieces. I have a bunch of hair vitamins, and they are all mostly full. I just can't swallow them!

I take Spring Valley's 1000mcg biotin. They're pretty small (tip of my pinky) and you can break them in half.

Me too...I hate big pills.

I recently did a vitamin supplement thread, to get help on my supplements.


I have been taking hairfinity which contains biotin,msm,and b vitamin complex...

Will it be too much if I added Biotin,msm,and fish oil supplements seperate??? Plus I take Centrum Chewables.


I see all the small biotin pills yall posted here, so I will try one, I also would like a small fish oil and msm pill as well, yall helpppppppppppppppppppppppp please...

This is the reason I fell off the vitamin challenge. I HATE vitamins nast after taste and how big they are. Ugh. I thought I was gonna die with the Walgreens Hair pills I have right now

I have some Solaray that are like lozenges that you suck on until it dissolves.

Superior Source has sublingual biotin (and other vits) that you just put under your tongue and let dissolve...my guess is that they could work faster since they get absorbed into your blood stream that much faster.

I do the Nature Made Biotin too. They are really small. I can't do big pills either.
