Thank You ladies of LHCF: at first I could never get it: the first pic shows 1 month post relaxer (left) and relaxed hair (right). Now after using great advice: mainly less equals more: my second picture shows my hair 1 month post relaxer and it has that relaxed look. A gurl could get use to this. Thank you Macherieamour for showin how to blow out roots: thats a great way to blend new growth in w/ relaxed hair. Thats why I love yall: this is my first time EVER havin healthy lookin hair post relaxer.

Wonderful job you're doing. I can hardly wait for my ends to stop looking all scraggly; they're healthy now with no splits but I'm impatient waiting for the blending.

Umm..........Macherieamour please show ME how to blow out roots!! Come on now- hook a sista up.

:lachen:Did you see the video? Any time you are in Boston. look me up:grin:

Your hair sure is growing 4N6:dance7:It looks soo healthy and shiny- you better treat youself to something nice for all the hard work you've clearly been putting in:grin:

it really does keep my hair soft and healthy and manageble (i don't have to worry bout snags on my new growth or bad wraps): I can wrap my hair so much better now: and I notice the less products I use before I wrap keeps my hair amazingly smooth & soft in the morning: i don't get it: but I kno I like. if I can keep this up: I can cut off those ends for my thicker/healthier hair.

yeah I'll treat myself: payin my bills: lol.........I'll get myself some keracare:yawn:. Thank you Macherieanour

ETA: I moisturize my hair the same way u (macherieamour) nightly and I don't understand that I apply the lotion to my ends first and whats ever left goes onto the rest of my hair. But the thing is, its not a lot left on my hands to get the rest of my hair but my hair is still soft...........
.........Could it be that moisturizers applied near the scalp prevent/block moisture from traveling down the shaft?

Wow 4N6, beautiful!! Great length and everything! I usually blow out my roots too, but i notice the more time goes by post relaxer that i have to stop because more starts coming out. Do you have this problem as well or is this your first time??

........and it is my first time blowin out my roots while stretching: i'm currently 4 weeks post and so far its lookin good: I do notice strands but they have the bulb at the end. I think once the semester starts in september I'll baggy more and probably blow out my roots 2x a month: i've also decided to wash once a week as suppose to twice cuz I love the feel of my hair after I blow out my roots
