I got my first bottle of MSM.

Hey y'all. I don't take vitamins except for a One A Day, but one day this week I felt like going to look for some stuff to make me more healthy at Earth Fare. It smells funky in there with all that organic stuff. Anyway, I looked for antioxidants, but I already have them in my One A Day, which will be a miracle if I take it once a week.

It looked like they had any kind of MSM that anyone would want. Some were kind of expensive. I was willing to spend about $20 on them. Then I got to the last brand, the store brand, and it had the OptiMSM trademark unlike some of the others. Plus, it was only a little more than $9. Then when I checked out, it only cost $7.53, because it was on sale. What a cool deal that I got. I wonder how 1000mg of these vegetarian capsules will affect me. I'm kind of scared to start taking it, but I think that I'll start next week and keep track of my results. I want to see if my hair texture changes a little, grows more, my skin feels like "butter" as someone here mentioned, and whatever else happened when some of the ladies here took MSM.

I hope it works out for you. Remember, everyone responds differently to msm (headaches and breakouts just to name a few). So, keep an eye out for any changes you may experience. My powder msm also has the OptiMSM trademark.
