I've been taking 1000mg of MSM for over three weeks now every day. My hair is growing, I got some new growth. My NG is growing in a darker shade too, I am not sure if that is the MSM, but my roots are darker and I don't have a color in my hair.
MSM also dried my skin out a little. I have oily acne prone skin so I am not complaining.....LOL...overall I think the MSM is helping and I will keep using it until i see otherwise. MSM combined with the baggie method appear to enhance hair growth and retention
