I washed it all out after about 25 hours and only noticed a section on the left side (front) that was a bit crunchy. I probably did not have enough leave-in on that side since the rest of my hair was not crunchy.
I used about a palm full of gel and just rubbed it through with my palms/fingers. I then used a large comb to distribute the product.
